Owner Inspection Requests
Property owners can request inspections for their parcels through the Owner Portal. These requests appear in the Requested column of the kanban board. An admin or staff member must then schedule the inspection by assigning a date and inspector.
Role note: Admin and Staff can create, edit, and manage inspections. Read-only users can view inspection data. Owners can request inspections for their own parcels.
Tip: Use the kanban board for day-to-day workflow management and the calendar view for scheduling and capacity planning.
