User Roles
The platform supports four roles with different access levels:
| Role | Access Level |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access — manage all features, users, and settings |
| Staff | Operational access — create and edit inspections, plans, contractors, etc. |
| Read-only | View-only access — can browse all data but cannot make changes |
| Owner | Limited access — view their own property details and request inspections |
