Our Story
I live in MeadowCreek — a mountain community in Idaho where wildfire isn't an abstract risk, it's what I think about every dry summer. I serve on the community board and I've seen firsthand how hard it is to coordinate mitigation work across hundreds of property owners with nothing but spreadsheets and paper sign-up sheets.
That's why I built Defensible Edge. Because my community needed it. I needed it. I want to protect the home I hope to pass on to my grandkids someday, and I knew there had to be a better way to organize the work that makes that possible.
Defensible Edge is the platform I wished existed: a single place where consultants can manage their entire portfolio, community administrators can coordinate local efforts, and property owners can understand what they need to do to protect their homes.
